“Cuu’s hair” is a Japanese-affiliated hair salon that just opened in September 2020 on the 2nd floor of Penny’s Balcony on Soi 16 in Thonglor. The salon welcomes you with a bright, easy-to-enter atmosphere based on a white color scheme.
